We don’t recommend walking around neighborhoods either as they are typically “war zones” as you said. When Kim does private RR lessons, she does use a park but stays far away from the dog park area.

    Hi!

    1. You can just use the “Create New Topic” area under the forum home page to add a new post/question. It is ok if it isn’t under a specific module.

    2. You can send a link to our main email address to share videos – info@buildingbondstraining.com and I’ll make sure that Kim gets the link. Kim will address your experience at the park, but I can say that it sounds like you are going over threshold, which we try to avoid. Dog parks are way too overwhelming for most reactive dogs. We don’t recommend starting near dog park areas. We recommend staying at threshold in much quieter/less busy areas where you might see a dog here and there rather than a bunch of dogs running around freely in a dog park.

There is some info about fitting under the resources tab.

I think I’m going to try it! I like to geek out on this kind of stuff. I know the research has a long way to go yet, but it is still fascinating to me.

Hi Rachel! You can reply under the module that your question would fall under. If you have a question about something that was in Module 1, post it under Module 1, etc.
